The second room is prepared with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds) 1 full downstairs and 3 twin beds that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. On the first floor, backyard, we have an outdoor terrace, patio furniture, BBQ and Jacuzzi. The terrace is designed with dim lights which makes it ideal for enjoying a spectacular evening. You can enjoy your favorite drinks and/or meals outdoors. Guest access The entire accommodation will be at your disposal, including our cozy and relaxing terrace with a private Jacuzzi. These amenities include hand soap, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 small amount of dish soap, 1 dish sponge. We do not offer unlimited services. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock up on whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. This home has bedrooms on the second level so you need to climb stairs. THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AN ELECTRIC GENERATOR. You may experience power outages as the AEE infrastructure in Puerto Rico is quite fragile; it is an event beyond our control for which we do not offer any type of refund; even so you will find a battery flashlight in case a problem arises during the night; we also remain on the lookout in case the event is a prolonged one to be able to help the guest in any way we can. These events may be for short periods and sometimes for longer periods depending on the severity of the breakdown. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY EVENT BEYOND OUR CONTROL. You may experience intermittent internet; as it is an event beyond our control, we do not offer refunds or discounts. We are located on the first floor of a small apartment complex; so we request that if you arrive after 10 pm, avoid unnecessary noise that may interrupt the neighbors' rest.
