The downstairs living space also includes it's own half bath. Just off of the lower level living area, you can access additional outdoor living space and a private hot tub. The lower level boasts an entire game room full of activities including a pool table and ping pong table. The couch in the game room also converts into a Queen size sleeper sofa.
