It's equipped modern facilities and combined with traditional elements such as rattan and sedge material. Situated in the prime location (a 3-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake), near famous landmarks. It’s also an excellent choice for local food and unique cafes. The space's so cozy, quiet and promises the interesting experience of local people in ancient communal houses. The space Our apartment's on the first floor of the building (including a ground floor) and it has: - 3 comfortable queen beds size: 1m6 x 2m. - A cozy space for living room to reunion. - A full-equiped kitchen - 2 bathrooms: + 1 main bathroom is inside the apartment. + 1 additional bathroom is outside, but still private and right next to the door of the apartment. Guest access When you stay with us, you can use the entire apartment with a cozy living room, 3 comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms (1 inside and 1 outside the apt) and a full-equiped kitchen. Other things to note House's note: - The apartment’s on the first floor of the building (including a ground floor). Please be aware that there is no elevator, but just a few steps of stairs with wide stair case - easy to climb. -It’s the apartment which is reconstructed from an ancient house, so it has some special things of structure such as the second bathroom is outside the apt. However, it’s right next to the door and still private. - If you check in late after 10 p.m, please let us know in advance. - Check-in early or check-out late. Please let us know what time you would like early check-in or late check-out. If possible, we will let you know where you can leave your luggage (don't worry, it's free) House's rule: 1. Our house is in quiet area with the nice neighbors. We are so appreciated when you respect the community. Please keep quiet in the entrance and common areas to avoid disturbing neighbors, especially between 10pm and 8 a.m. 2. Please try not to talk and make loud noise outside the house, you can do it after entering the house. 3. Smoking is prohibited inside the house, the hallway and common areas. 4. Do not litter in the hallway and common areas. Please leave the trash at the place we've shown you in the check-in instruction after 7:30 p.m. 5. We do not permit unregistered guests to stay overnight without the host's approval, and an extra fee will be applied. PLEASE NOTE IF THESE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED AND AFFECT THE NEIGHBOURS, THEY MAY REPORT IT TO THE LOCAL POLICE. How to use the house: - The main gate will be locked after 10 p.m and opened at 8 a.m. REMEMBER to bring the key you get from the BLUE lockbox with yourself when you go out. - Insert the keycard near the room door for A/C and hot water. - Turn on the black button which is near the bathroom's door to have hot water. Please wait at least 10 minutes to ensure there is enough hot water for you. And turn it off after use to avoid any accidents. - Turn off all the lights when you go out. - Please do not put the trash and paper into the toilet to avoid clogged problem.
