Step into the lighted steel pavilion - complete with a ceiling fan! - and enjoy a comfortable family barbecue thanks to the totally updated outdoor kitchen. This highly appointed space features a propane BBQ with a built-in oven, outdoor pizza oven, dining table & chairs, small refrigerator, sink, and outdoor fireplace Head back inside to unwind on the plush sofa in the living room. Turn on the 40-inch smart TV and enjoy a movie or play a pool game. Make yourself a snack in the well-equipped kitchenette with a 2-person breakfast bar, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, sink, and an apartment-size refrigerator - every cooking essential you might need to prepare a tasty meal inside or out. Take a relaxing soak in the private hot tub. As the sun begins to set, start the gas fire pit (weather permitting), turn on the outdoor theater setup, and get ready for an unforgettable movie night under a blanket of stars. Wind down and retire to the master bedroom. Turn on the 32-inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus subscription and climb under the covers of the soft queen bed. Hot tub hours are 8:00 am until 10:00 pm. When booking: WE ARE A STRICT 4 person max occupancy. If you have an infant (under 12 months old) that shares a bed or uses the portable crib with the adults we will accept that as the 5th person free as the infant. Just let us know when you book the number of adults and children. We do charge the extra nightly fee for children over 12 months old. IF THIS IS A 3 or 4 ADULT booking, you will be charged additional for each additional adult after 2 (maximum 4 adults-no exceptions) This is not a "party" house and is located in a usually quiet. HOT TUB: There is a waiver to sign when you arrive to use the hot tub. CHILDREN AND PREGNANT WOMEN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOT TUB DUE TO INSURANCE RESTRICTIONS. This hot tub is private and is ideal for 3 persons at a time. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS containers are allowed on or around the hot tub. It is easy for these items to break and being around barefoot people makes the situation dangerous. We suggest viewing the road conditions and local community, Jenkinson Lake, and the Apple Hill area (Camino) from the local webcam at: Pollockpinesweathercam.com Fishing Licenses can be obtained at the local hardware store. Fishing is walking distance to Forebay Lake or the larger lake that is minutes away by car: Jenkinson Lake. These lakes are stocked with fish. Your boat can be launched at Jenkinson Lake. Paddle boats, etc can be rented at Jenkinson Lake during the spring/summer season. Apple Hill season begins in Early September through November. We are only minutes from Apple Hill. Our location allows you to get around most of the traffic. Enjoy the local farms, crafts, wine, and atmosphere that Apple Hill is known for. White Water Rafting is only 20 minutes away.
