Peaceful little house in quiet neighborhood.

Located in a very quiet and nice area, good driving distance to St Louis city, Historic St Charles, Casinos, Restaurants, etc. It is the perfect place to go explore around during the day, but fully disconnect at night. The place has a good sized bedroom, and a full bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with anything you need, and bbq is available outside as well. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place The space The house is located in a double lot. Guest are welcome to use all the backyard, as well as garage, and patio with the bbq on it. We ask that if you bbq, make sure you leave everything off to avoid incidents. Guest access We have Netflix, prime video, Disney plus, and Hulu with tv channels. We ask that no movies be purchased in these accounts in order to avoid additional charges. Other things to note Please be respectful to my property. No smoking is allowed on premises, and no pets. Complimentary items are exactly that. We provide a lot of items for your stay, but If you require more of these items we kindly ask that you purchase your own and sufficient to last for your stay. Please do not sneak in dogs. We have a health concern. You sneaking in dogs will get me and my toddler in the ER. We are EXTREMELY asthmatic. Please do not park more than 2 cars on premises at a time.
