One block in either direction takes you to a large park with bball courts, playground, picnic tables etc. Windows open up or down, as well as the shades, so you can maintain privacy while still letting light or air inside. Guest access This is an entirely private studio and private courtyard. Dedicated driveway, walking path on the left to back courtyard, where you enter.
