City Sounds Disclaimer: Our studio is in the heart of LA, so you may hear occasional city noise like sirens or street activity. We provide earplugs for light sleepers, but most guests embrace it as part of the lively LA experience! Guest access Guests will enter the property through a private, secure gate located on the side of the house. Before arrival, a unique access code will be provided for a smooth, contactless check-in experience. Although the studio is connected to the main house, its entrance is completely private, ensuring full privacy throughout your stay. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared patio spaces. The grill is available by request, as we will need to ensure there is propane. Other things to note House Rules & Considerations: Check-in & Check-out: Check-in after 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Quiet Hours: To respect everyone’s comfort, quiet hours are from 10 PM - 6 AM. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the studio. However, guests are welcome to enjoy any legal substances outdoors in the designated area. Visitors & Parties: No unregistered guests or parties are allowed to maintain a peaceful environment. Parking & Transportation: Street parking is available/free Public transportation & ride-shares are easily accessible, making it simple to explore LA without a car.
