Make sure you don't leave the air conditioner in the living room on at night, or forget to turn it off when you leave the house during the day. We sometimes even have people who have the patio door open and have the air conditioner on. So this is the reason we have no choice than to offer prices excluding electricity usage in order to offer fair price to those who are careful to conserve electricity, while those who do not, will pay accordingly.
