This newly renovated 4-storey shophouse in central Bangkok is just a 2-minute walk to the Skytrain. The space Ground floor - Living room with comfy sofa and TV with Netflix and high speed internet and aircon - Dining area that can fit 6 guests, we prepare an extra chair for extra guest - Our shophouse is open plan living space that connected to the fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, pots and pans, plates & bowls. The washing machine and dry hanger, Iron and ironing board are also available in the kitchen. - There is 1 full bathrooms downstairs, Mezzanine floor - Seating area 1st floor - Master bedroom with comfy king size bed and sofa bed that can pull out to be a proper single bed. This bedroom can accommodate 3 guests - Dressing table or can use as a working desk provided - Clothes hanging rail - Full bathroom with toilet and shower room - Working desk with aircon in the area 2nd floor - 2nd bedroom that has 2 queen size bed. This bedroom can accommodate 4 guests - Dressing table or can use as a working desk provided - 3rd bedroom with comfy king size bed that can accommodate 2 guests. Rooftop - Big outdoor dining table, it’s great to sit and relax. We provide the nice lighting for our guests to enjoy Guest access Our guests can access the entire house. Please make yourself at home Other things to note - Free airport pick up if you stay 10 nights or more. - Early check in before 12 pm. will have an extra charge of 300 THB/hour - Late check out after 12 pm. will have an extra charge of 300 THB/hour - Smoking is not allowed in the house. You can smoke on the rooftop or outside the front door. - We’re in the local community so please respect our neighbors by keeping your voice down after 9 pm. - Please help saving the energy by turning off the aircon and light when you leave the house or not in the room. Guest access Our guests can access the entire house. Please make yourself at home Other things to note Some simple house rules: - Please do not throw anything in the toilet. No tissues in toilet, please don't throw tissue in toilet bowl. It caused blockage and toilet won't work. - Please help save energy by turning off the lights and aircon when you don't need them and when you leave the apartment. - Please don't take anything that belongs to the property with you when check out. - Please don't leave any rubbish outside the bin ,if it doesn't fit please use new garbage bag. When the bin full please tide the bag and put them in the big bin outside the house or leave it next to the bin in front off the house. - Please clean up after yourself when using the kitchen - Please take off your shoes when entered the house. - Early check in before 12 pm. will have an extra charge of 400 THB/hour - Late check out after 12 pm. will have an extra charge of 400 THB/hour ** Smoking is not allowed in the house. You can smoke on the rooftop or outside the front door. ** Drug usage is strictly prohibited. ** We’re in the local community so please respect our neighbors by keeping your voice down at night. It's against the law for loud noise to be made during the night time if the neighbours report to the police. Please lower your voice, especially after 10 pm - 8 am.
