Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our team does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be a security team to assist you if you arrive late. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our default check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and charged extra. Please note that for any late check-out between 12:00 pm – 18:00 pm, there's an additional charge of 50% from the daily rate. Any check-out after 17:00 pm will be charged at full-day rate.
