Single-story house located in module 4 (one of the best in Riviera) close to the beach (340m) and the mall (570m). Excellent for those who value simplicity and coziness, in addition to having a clean and safe condominium. Accommodates up to 16 people in beds. Also, a home-office desk - En-suite 2: a queen-size bed - Suite 3: a bunk bed and a simple double bed (great for 1 couple and 2 children) - En-suite 4 (edicule): Two bunk beds - En-suite 5 (edicule): A bunk bed and a simple double bed (great for 1 couple and 2 children) - We provide all kitchen utensils: cutlery, dishes, pots, glasses, bowls, boards, baking dishes, platters, cups, barbecue accessories, etc. - Kitchen and/or barbecue equipment: electric oven, 2 refrigerators, stove with oven, Nespresso, blender and Airfryer. We do not provide a dishwasher. - Service area: washer/dryer Attention: 1. We do not provide bed linens or bath towels. We kindly request that these items be brought as needed. Mattresses and pillows have only finishing covers and these items must be kept for check-out. 2. The house does not have a gas water heating system. 3. The pool has no heating system. Guest access Only the service deposit is restricted. The tennis court is shared with the building and neighboring houses. However, in 2025, the building rules changed and only the owners of the houses and apartments will be able to use the court. Other things to note - Cleaning fee for delivery and return of the house: Total: R$500.00 and is included in the sum reported by the platform - The cleaning fee is for pre-check-in and post-check-out. An extra R$250.00 fee will be charged for dirty and accumulated dishes left for check-out. - We suggest checking the prices and availability of cleaning and kitchen support during the stay. - Please confirm prices for closed packages such as holidays, Carnival, Christmas and New Year's Eve.
