Confortable room with twin bed, big closet and the furniture you need. The room is in the second floor, with share bathroom. We share the living, dinning and kitchen. My home is in the more green, centric, safe and beautiful neighbor in Lima: El Olivar. Near Arequipa Avenue, Conquistadores Avenue, Astrid and Gaston restaurant and some 5 stars hotels like Sonesta and El Bosque. Very centric but very calm and quiet place because is in a pedestrian block. The space You going to stay in my cozy home, in the more quiet, save and beautiful neighborhood of Lima, El Olivar of San Isidro, that was built with main architects in a Historic Park of olives 500 years old, in spanish colonial time. Now, is a National and Historic Monument, with some houses. Is the green point in the map of Lima but also with main Avenues close. One block around, are Arequipa Avenue and Conquistadores Avenue. And others, very near, like Camino Real, Libertadores and Javier Prado Avenue. Because is my home, I look for the clean and details personally and with caring. Not is perfect because I have other guests in common areas, but for sure, your going to access to a perfect clean room. Then you have to take care of it and is ok that you not left it in the same clean, but trying and in order. All about my home is a pleasure to be better day after day and you could ask for something that you need, maybe I could help and I am very open to answer any question and your stay in my home the better is posible. Guest access You going to have access to the common areas: -the patio, -the living, -dinning -laundry -and kitchen. You will share a big bathroom with other 2 amazing girls/women. All very confortable in a quiet home with my personal decoration. If you need to cook or use the refrigeration is ok. Have water with filter there too. All the services are include: -hot water all the day -fan -light -WI FI, 2 nets. Perfectly access in the room. -an old TV that you need to do smart. During your stay The house has a beautiful harmony, as the guests are very calm and healthy. They are working people who want a comfortable, quiet, and safe place in the vast Lima area. Other things to note Earthquakes The house has a special structure to withstand earthquakes. The room that is rented is on the first or second floor and we always leave the hallway light off. If you are worried about earthquakes in Lima and want to leave, it is very easy and safe to leave without problems. Weather Many people make mistakes with clothes, as the degrees Celsius and Lima are usually very humid, so the thermal sensation is different from the figures. Anyway, we don't have extreme temperatures and you can walk all year round. TIP: It's very dangerous to go to the Sierra in January, February and March. In these months, the Amazon is usually difficult because it is rainy season. Here in Lima never rains (year-round).
