This Classic Parkside SF house is in a diverse, quiet yet dynamic, family-oriented neighborhood near beaches, and excellent public transportation. Everything is also very walkable. Just two blocks from Taraval Street shops, coffee, food, and libations as well as the Muni Metro "L" Rail east to West Portal shopping/dining (5 minutes), Castro (10 minutes), Downtown SF (20-25 minutes), and west to Beaches (5 minutes), SF Zoo (10 minutes). Ocean views from kitchen and back bedroom. The space You will have full and private access to the house. I live in a private, separate area below the main house. I do have a dog downstairs with me. I respect my guests privacy. I will do a walk-through of the house with you when you first arrive, but beyond that, I will only interact with you if requested.
