With its gated community setup and being nestled in such a picturesque area and the location, just steps from the pool/beach, it provides a great balance of tranquility and access to amenities. The space The proximity to both the ski hill and the main beach, pool, and tiki bar makes it very convenient for enjoying all sorts of activities year-round. The layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is spacious and comfortable, especially with the open concept kitchen, vaulted ceilings, dining, and living areas - perfect for family gatherings or hosting friends. This house has all the ingredients for a cozy and enjoyable vacation! A fully equipped kitchen is always a plus for those who enjoy cooking or preparing meals together. And relaxing by the fireplace in the living room adds a wonderful touch of warmth and ambiance, especially during colder evenings. The large front deck must be great for enjoying the outdoors, whether it's for morning coffee or evening gatherings with family and friends. And having a firepit area is perfect for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories. It sounds like a place where both relaxation and family fun are well-catered for. The house is well-appointed with sleeping arrangements spread across its floors. Having a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath on the main floor provides convenience, especially for those who prefer to avoid stairs or for guests who may have difficulty with them. The community: Guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts/pickleball, playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center (indoor courts, game room, gym), art center, mini golf, Club House restaurant and Tiki Bar and many snack bars at the pools and beaches. ****Please Note: Maximum occupancy is enforced by the township law and community guidelines. All souls are counted even infants and children. This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract, provide a copy of your picture ID and agree to the community and house rules this is a community and a township regulation. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.**** Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and the amenities. Other things to note *************************************************************************** Please note the following: The maximum occupancy of this home is 10, this includes infants and children and is strictly adhered to. There are only 5 cars permitted to be parked on property. This home is located in a secured, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Service Animals & ESAs (Emotional Support Animals) We gladly welcome service dogs as defined by the ADA. These are dogs individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities. Under federal and Pennsylvania law, they are permitted in all public spaces, including this listing. Please note: • You are not required to show certification, but the dog must be under control at all times. • We may ask if the dog is required due to a disability and what task it has been trained to perform (as allowed by law). Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not covered by the ADA for public access. While ESAs are protected under the Fair Housing Act, they are not automatically allowed in short-term vacation rentals unless permitted by the host.
