The property is steps away from the beach, promenade, bars, and restaurants, with free on-street parking available. The space Just a few meters across the road, guests will find a coffee shop, a bar, and a restaurant, ideal for enjoying a drink or a meal by the beach. For breakfast or lunch a little further away, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. In the evenings, guests love exploring the coastal promenade, part of the "Senda Litoral de Mijas," which stretches for kilometers along the Costa del Sol and connects beaches, coves, and coastal towns, making it perfect for walking, jogging, and cycling. During your stay We are committed to making guests’ stays as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Should guests need any assistance, have questions, or require recommendations to enhance their visit to the Costa del Sol, they are welcome to get in touch. Our preferred method of communication is via the Airbnb app, as it allows us to respond promptly and keep all information in one convenient place. Other things to note The building offers free parking spots on a first-come, first-served basis, with no particular spot reserved for guests. If these are full, free parking is also available on nearby streets. To adhere to local laws, guests will be asked to show their passports (or ID cards, where applicable) at check-in, and their details will be securely entered into an online system that reports directly to the Spanish Police.
