This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms of the main house and common areas. The apartment has ceiling fans. It also has heating and, in addition, all air conditioners have a heat pump. The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% Vat included). Children under 16 do not pay this tax.
