This versatile space is designed to entertain with beautiful views and relaxing outdoor space or as a third bedroom. Moving upstairs a Great Room with high ceilings and soaring windows bring gorgeous mountain and pine forest views, complemented by a raised hearth and fireplace and adjoining deck. A large fully stocked galley kitchen, ample Island and pantry with elegant quartz surfaces open to the Great room and deck. A complete appliance suite supports all of your meal prep plans. From morning coffee, prepped using Drip, French press or Keurig appliances, to support for more elaborate menus, we have you covered. Off property experiences include non motorized watercraft, Paddle Boarding, Canoeing and Fishing in our community's two private Lakes. Activity on these lakes are not open to the public. However, Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) regularly stocks fish in these high-alpine lakes to provide angling opportunities. We provide all Saint Mary's POA licenses and gear! Lake Quivira is catch and release, Lake Silver allows 2 fish per license per day. After an adventuresome day, relax in one of our bedroom suites that include private bath entry, walk-in closets with custom storage cabinetry, light blocking and insulating custom window shades, Minka ceiling fan and new memory foam mattress covered with Egyptian linens and extra pillows and throws.
