The space YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THE SEASIDE OASIS ***THE POOL IS NOT HEATED*** As per HOA regulations, we can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests per booking. Children under 2 are excluded from this count. The space comfortably hosts up to 6 guests. BEDROOM 1 : The master bedroom offers a plush king bed and a private balcony with serene lagoon views. Enjoy ample closet space, an en-suite bathroom, and a smart TV, allowing guests to log into their favorite streaming services for a cozy and relaxing stay. BEDROOM 2 : This inviting room features two plush queen beds, a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a shared full bathroom. Step out onto your private rooftop balcony, the perfect spot to unwind and relax. LIVING ROOM : The living room features a comfortable couch with additional seating for lounging and relaxing. Just off the living room, the dining area is perfect for family meals. Enjoy entertainment on a large smart TV with an electric fireplace for ambiance. Sliding glass doors lead out to the back patio with beautiful lagoon views. KITCHEN : Our beautifully remodeled kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. PRIVATE ENTRANCE-DIGITAL DOOR LOCK The condo has a private entrance with a digital door lock. A unique entry code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your arrival for security. This code will be valid only for the duration of your stay. Please note that this is a two-story home with stairs. BEACH ACCESS Access our private beach via a boardwalk, with a unique code provided for entry through the gate. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and relax on the sand, knowing that this exclusive access is reserved for owners and guests staying at the condominium. POOL AND HOT TUB ACCESS Our condo is located centrally between the pool and beach access points. You’ll have a unique code to access the pool and hot tub, which are gated for guest security. These amenities are just a short walk away from the condo, offering relaxation by the water. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire condo with the exception of a locked owners closet downstairs. Other things to note Linens are provided for your stay, along with extra blankets and pillows in the closets. You’ll also find cabana beach towels for guest use. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a starter pack of essentials. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to replenish supplies.
