The garden is shared with few guests, ensuring a peaceful, adult-only environment. Maximum 2 guests, exclusively for adults. An ideal space to unwind and enjoy. Guest access Independence with Access to Shared Spaces Enjoy a fully independent studio with access to shared areas such as the terrace, the patio, and the main entrance of the property. These spaces are shared only with 4 other homes on the same property, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive atmosphere. Pool is open only during Summer months. Other things to note For a Pleasant Stay, Please Read This: -NO NOISE IS ALLOWED AFTER 10:00 PM. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY, INCLUDING OUTDOOR AREAS. -The garden and entrance are shared spaces. -Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. -DO NOT FLUSH ANY PAPER OR TOWELS DOWN THE TOILET, only organic waste. -There are other guests in the common areas. Please respect the cleanliness and keep noise to a minimum. -The property is exclusively for registered guests staying in the studio. Visitors are not allowed. -Property maintenance (pool, lights, etc.) is handled solely by the owners. If you encounter any issues, please let us know. -Feeding cats or other animals, or leaving food on the property, is strictly prohibited. -Do not leave trash in the street. There are garbage bins available 5 minutes away, to the left as you exit the house. IMPORTANT: -The reservation must be under the name of the guest staying at the property. We do not accept third-party bookings. -We follow Airbnb’s cancellation policy. Please review it before booking. -If you need to extend your stay, we’ll be happy to help as long as there’s availability.
