Cook at your own pace, work or study, and enjoy a break outdoors. Heat-pump cooling/heating and WiFi. Outdoor areas shared with other guests. No visitors. 15 min to UEM by car. Calma brings together what you need for your routine in 20 m², with the independence of your own kitchen, bathroom and entrance. It is a compact studio to enjoy on your own or as a couple. You have a double bed, a kitchen with a coffee maker and kitchenware, space to work remotely or study, a Smart TV, heat-pump cooling/heating and your own washing machine. The property has two symmetrical 10 Gbps internet connections. WiFi speed on each device depends on coverage, equipment and simultaneous use. Hot water: the studio has a 50-litre water heater. Hot water is limited; for two consecutive showers, keep them reasonably short and allow time for the water to reheat if it runs out. Inside, everything is within reach. Outside, the shared terrace and garden offer a change of scene, somewhere to read or enjoy time outdoors. You also have access to the seasonal pool, shared with other guests and currently open. The house is in a private residential development in Sevilla la Nueva, close to Farmacia El Hórreo. The town has shops, bars and opportunities for countryside walks. If you value having your own space and a small, practical studio suits you, Calma is your place. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults. Guest access Your private space The studio interior, kitchen and bathroom are exclusively for the guests included in your reservation. The studio has its own entrance; access routes through the property are shared with other guests. Enjoying the outdoors The terrace, garden and pool are shared with other guests. The seasonal pool is currently open, from 9 am to 10 pm. It cannot be reserved for exclusive use. Bring your own pool towel; no food or drinks are allowed in the pool. Parking The house is in a private residential development with space to park for free on the local streets. Parking is outside the property grounds. Keep garage entrances clear and follow street signs. Outdoor cameras For security, the property has outdoor cameras monitoring only shared areas and access points, including the porch, entrances and pool area. They record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the accommodation. Other things to note Location and getting around We are in Sevilla la Nueva, a town in the Madrid region, close to Farmacia El Hórreo. • Universidad Europea, Villaviciosa de Odón campus: about 15 minutes by car, depending on traffic. • Central Madrid, Sol area: as a guide, about 35–45 minutes by car in light traffic. The journey may take longer at rush hour. • Public transport in town is by bus; there is no metro or train. Line 532 connects to Colonia Jardín, and selected services on working weekdays enter the UEM campus. Check outward and return timetables for your dates and allow time for walking and waiting. If you are attending classes, commuting to work or taking an early flight, check your route before booking. Check-in, check-out and luggage Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. If you need a different time, ask in advance: it depends on availability and may cost extra. We do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Shared living Maximum occupancy: 2 adults. No visitors allowed. Only guests included in the reservation may enter. We share the outdoor areas and respect everyone's rest. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoors, and parties and barbecues are not permitted. Caring for the accommodation Leave shared areas tidy after use and respect other guests' privacy and belongings. Use the bathroom bin: do not flush paper or wipes. To keep cats from returning to the house, please do not pet, interact with or feed them. Thank you for helping us. Do not leave food outdoors. Put rubbish in the bins indicated in the guide. If anything needs maintenance, contact the team. Your reservation The booking must be made through the account of the person who is staying.
