Welcome to your dream vacation home on the rocky coast in Cala Pi! This stylish home was completely renovated in 2024 and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and private ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. There are 6 sleeping places in total. One bedroom on the ground floor is especially suitable for guests with limited mobility. Enjoy the gentle sound of the waves on one of the 180-degree ocean-view terraces. Two bedrooms on the first floor offer wonderful views of the sea and Cabrera Island in the distance on the horizon and a sea view balcony with beach chair. On the roof there is another spacious roof terrace, which can be reached via a spiral staircase on the house. Here you can meditate wonderfully or practice yoga exercises while letting your gaze wander over the endless blue of the sea. The nightly view of the stars is also simply magical here. Another highlight is the infinity pool, which is equipped with steps and a ladder – perfect for a refreshing cool down overlooking the sea and the dream beach Es Trend, which can be seen in the distance. The sandy beach bay of Cala Pi is considered one of the most beautiful swimming coves on the island and is a 5-minute walk away. It was awarded the "Bandera Ecoplaya" award on the National Geographic hit list for exemplary eco-management in 3/2025. The area around the bay is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. With a little luck, a wild turtle will cross your path or a few dolphins will get lost in the crystal clear water of the bay. The cozy house not only offers a wonderful retreat on hot summer days, but is also perfect for a few relaxing days in spring, autumn and winter. Underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the house make it pleasantly warm even in winter and a large fireplace provides coziness. If you want, you can sweat in the barrel sauna in the garden and then jump into the (heated on request) pool.
