Our cozy apartment is located in a new building on a small and quiet street at the very heart of the city, 5 mins walking distance from the beach, the beautiful Sea Garden. The neighborhood is a great place to take a walk, visit a museum, restaurant, bar, art and culture venue, club, or just go and chill on the beach when you feel like it. Dive into the most historic part of the city where you can find the remains of many Roman and Greek buildings, the most famous of which are thermal baths. The space The apartment is fully equipped for your stay and it has two rooms - one small bedroom and one common space with a kitchen + and a small bathroom with a toilet. We offer also 500mbs high speed wifi. The balcony adds to the relaxing atmosphere of the flat where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the peaceful vibe of the most aristocratic part of the city. Get your table and chairs out and enjoy a proper Varna morning with the smell of good coffee and the typical morning sound of the Varna seagulls. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prep and enjoy a meal, make a coffee, tea, or a nice drink before going out. The kitchen is part of the common space, where we have for you a comfortable sofa, air conditioner, cable TV, Wifi, and a small stylish table and windows with a view of the neighborhood. In the bedroom - one 120/200 cm bed with an ultra-comfy memory foam mattress that can fit up to 2 people, brand new bed linen and towels, and a spacious wardrobe for all your luggage. There is also a hand-drawn cartoon map in the apartment to help you get around and find the real treasures of the city. We don't recommend the apartment for pets although we love them, smoking is not allowed inside (you can use the balcony with pleasure), and we prefer for our guests not to host parties there due to numerous reasons. Thanks for the understanding! Guest access - Getting around the neighborhood on foot is pretty easy as everything is within walking distance. As this is the old part of the city, keep in mind that the streets are structured a little bit "randomly" and you can get lost pretty easy, but that is the charm of it :) - If you are coming with a car things can get a little bit more complicated: 1. The city parking spots are free of charge from 19:00h to 09:00. Between 09:00h and 19:00h is the "Blue Zone" that you have to pay if you can find where to park - via sending an SMS (to 1352 with your car reg. number). You can pay for 3 hours straight at the price of 1BGN (0.5 euros), but after that, you have to wait another 30 mins in order to be able to pay again for another 3 hours. Be strict with this one, cause you will get your car locked if you don't pay for some reason. Sometimes if you are lucky, you can find a parking spot on the same street as the apartment. 2. Also, there are a few paid parkings around the area that you can pay for longer periods and leave your vehicle there. Here are some of the closest options that you can search for: - ul. "Musala" 6-10, 9000 Center, Varna Other things to note - The apartment is located on the third floor (the last one) and there is no elevator. - There will be instructions provided to you when you book the apartment on how to get access to it: sometimes we can deliver you the keys or you can get them via the lock with a password and do a self-check in - There is an option to leave your luggage earlier if you are coming before the official check-in time - just let us know so we can plan accordingly. - If you have any feedback or need anything let us know - we will be happy to help!
