In the garden, there is a seating area partly covered with large dining table and barbecue. A large grass area invites to play and activity. The house is built in 1969. The condition is generally older and windows and surface condition is waiting to be renovated but the house is well functioning, spacious and functional. The kitchen lacks a dishwasher but is otherwise well equipped with newer stove, oven and microwave. Older fridge and freezer. There is a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, electric mixer, etc. Perfect for two families who want to vacation together without needing to be crowded, and in beautiful surroundings close to most things. Surroundings: Glumslöv is very beautifully located on a hill sloping towards the sea. 2 km down you reach the fishing village Ålabodarna with swimming opportunities and nice harbor tavern. Skåneleden offers here beautiful hiking trails with hills and backfall both south towards Landskrona and north towards Helsingborg. Hilleshögs valleys are a beautiful nature reserve directly adjacent to Glumslöv where the slopes facing the sea are very popular excursions. Skåneleden for bike also runs through the village. A few km away there are elongated sandy beaches in, for example, Rydebäck or Borstahusen in Landskrona. In Glumslöv, 700 m from the house, there is a pay and play golf course with 27 holes and a popular pizzeria. Classic golf courses close by are Rya GK (5 km) and Landskrona GK (6 km) with 36 holes in beautiful Borstahusen. Tour courses such as Barsebäck and Vasatorp are reached in 20 min. In Ålabodarna is also Örenäs Castle which, after great remodeling, has now been opened under the name Maryhill Estate with resort and Spa as well as two fine restaurants offering both dinner, lunch and breakfast. Popular for weddings and our house is good for wedding guests who want to stay private up close. The house is also a great base for excursions around all of Skåne and day trips to Denmark. Take a train or bus 400 meters from the house to Helsingborg and maybe a trip with the boat over to Helsingör for hygge and visit to Kronborg Castle, or further by train to the exhibitions at Louisiana or more fun at Bakken. Or take the train to Österlen or Malmö and maybe further travel over the Öresund Bridge to Copenhagen, or north towards Ängelholm or Båstad. The possibilities are many. Guest access The whole house.
