We are only 30 minutes from the city of Quellón and with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay since we have Starlink Wifi for teleworking and a washing machine. Services with extra cost (not included with the cabin rental): Native forest trail, hot water jars, boat ride for sighting Magellanic penguins. The space You can enjoy rural tourism with beautiful sunsets as we are steps from the beach, with a comfortable and nice viewpoint. Birdwatching, black-necked swans, wild ducks, and more. Walk along the beach and enjoy it with its calm waters. We have satellite Wi-Fi, so if you're looking for a combination of nature and relaxation with remote work, this is an excellent option. Guest access -Direct and private beach access. -Access to terrace - Viewpoint equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy a meal or simply the ocean view. -Access to a small children's park (hammock, swings, seesaws and trampoline) -Access to grill for use outside the cabin (charcoal not included) -Access to fishing with a line or shellfish with prior consultation. -Access to visit the garden and help feed the birds. Other things to note You can travel from here anywhere with total freedom if you are in a private vehicle, otherwise you can also do it from the bus route that runs 3 times a day (morning, noon and afternoon) from Monday to Friday, where we can help you by giving you all the necessary information to make your stay the best. *Small or medium pets are welcome after consultation and authorization. *The phone signal is irregular, there is coverage in certain places and not for all companies, but we do have good quality satellite wifi. *There are no supermarkets (the nearest is 15 minutes away), mini-market, restaurant or gas stations in the area. *The road from the highway to the cabin (15 min) is gravel in good condition and any type of vehicle can reach here, although if you are used to traveling on paved roads, it may not be to your liking, but it is fully accessible, and with our rural tourism, we want to show rural life and its experiences, which includes aspects such as gravel roads, bird feeding, sheep viewing, cooking in a Chilean kitchen, etc. Additional services: -Tub for 6 people with hydrojet system: $60,000 (3hrs) -Native forest trail: $5,000 per person. - Embers tortillas with demonstration, participatory, includes one tortilla per person: $3,000 per person. **Please bring your ID to verify your identity and register.
