We have renovated the listed building from 1494 with a lot of heart and respect for the past and created a place where you can feel completely comfortable. Natural materials and high-quality furnishings create a very special atmosphere. The space XL apartment for up to 6 guests This spacious and stylishly furnished apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and combines modern comfort with high-quality furnishings. It is ideal for families or groups who value quality and a pleasant living environment. Amenities in detail: • 2 separate bedrooms with high-quality double beds and cozy linens. The beds are equipped with allergy-friendly beds/pillows and bed linen that guarantee a good night's sleep. In addition, our apartments are cleaned with the HYLA air and room cleaning system. • Comfortable sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) in the living area for additional guests. • 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet, hairdryer and towels. Each bathroom is modern and well maintained to provide maximum comfort. • 2 flat screen TVs that provide entertainment during the stay. • Free, comprehensive Wi-Fi for an optimal Internet connection. • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave/grill oven combination and Nespresso coffee machine for perfect coffee enjoyment. • Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth and a cozy atmosphere. • Large living area with dining area – ideal for shared meals or relaxing evenings. • Balcony/terrace to relax and enjoy the fresh air. • High-quality wooden plank floors give the apartment a warm, inviting atmosphere. • Free parking right by the house for your vehicle. • Free use of a ski or bike cellar for safe storage of your equipment. This apartment offers not only sufficient space and comfort, but also elegant furnishings, a well-kept, cozy atmosphere – the ideal place for a relaxing stay. Guest access On the first floor there is an additional living room/common room with a coffee/tea bar. Other things to note Bed sheets and towels are available and can be changed for an additional charge if needed. For stays longer than 7 days, you will receive fresh bed linen, towels and cleaning free of charge. We offer a bread service that can be booked directly at the property. The Waldhart bakery delivers fresh products to our front door every day The tourist office charges a tourist tax of €3 per day per guest. This is to be paid directly at the property. Guests can request the Innsbruck Guest Card with many advantages in the region for stays of 2 days or more. Sustainability in 1494 For us, sustainability means taking responsibility – for a centuries-old house, for the nature around us and for the generations to come. When renovating the 1494, it was therefore particularly important to us not only to preserve the old, but also to rely on future-oriented technologies. Today, the house is heated with air heat pumps, and through our photovoltaic systems with storage, we use the power of the sun. This is how we manage to reduce energy consumption and almost completely avoid CO₂ emissions. For you as guests, this means a stay full of comfort, warmth and coziness – and at the same time a good feeling of contributing to climate protection while on vacation.
