Note: This property consists of 2 units; the Bungalow is private and has it's own entrance in the back. All guests must be at least 25 years of age. *Winter Rental available January - May* The space Enjoy this private escape with an ocean view and easy beach access. You can hear the sounds of the ocean while cooking or working. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit has all the amenities of home including wifi, smart TV, full kitchen and appliances and washer and dryer units. *Winter Rental Available from January - May* Guest access You will have the entire unit to yourself. There is a private entrance and reserved parking spot big enough for 2 cars. Other things to note This unit is for 2 people only and not suitable for children.
