Bedrooms, rooms and other rooms: The cottage for rent offers a place for 8 lucky people, in 2 bedrooms and four extra beds in common areas. Bedrooms, rooms and other amenities: On the top floor, the first bedroom awaits you with a double bed, storage space to hide all your treasures, and a balcony with a view that will take your breath away - the river, forests and tranquility. In addition, a stylish studio with seating and beds for four adventurers and another balcony where you can enjoy coffee or wine in the open air. One floor down is the second bedroom, where the beds are separated, which means more room for dreaming. There is also a living room with a fireplace where you can watch the blazing fire in the evening, and a kitchen with a terrace that calls for breakfast in the fresh air. On this floor you will also find a toilet with a sink. You can reach the cottage through the veranda with outdoor seating. In the basement there is a shower, boiler room and garage - a great place to hide from children, or questions like "what's for dinner tonight? Sanitary facilities: The main bathroom offers a sink and shower, while the toilet and its sink are located in a separate part of the building – comfort for all! Heating: With central heating and a solid fuel boiler, the cottage will take care of the heat, while the fireplace in the living room will give all evenings a pleasant atmosphere. Transport, parking: Parking directly at the building for a maximum of two cars, the driveway is dusty, unpaved. Other things to note Prices and payments: The price of the electricity consumed according to the valid price list and the fee for the municipality, which is payable in cash upon departure, are added to the price for the rental of the building. Refundable deposit: Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is collected without a pet, or CZK 7,000 with a well-behaved pet up to 10 kg. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure if there is no damage to the property or its equipment.
