Our cozy country house, with breathtaking views of the Limfjord, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. The house is ideal for 12 people and combines rural idyll with modern comfort. The space The house has a large, open living area, with kitchen and dining area where you can enjoy the stunning view of the fjord through the large windows. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to make delicious meals, which can be enjoyed on the terrace or around the associated dining table. There are 5 bedrooms, with 2 beds in each room plus a sofa bed with space for 2 people and 2 bathrooms with shower and changing area, as well as 1 extra toilet. 2 living rooms with sea views, TV and various board games. Large living room with billiards, table tennis, cinema and air hockey. Other things to note Views and nature One of the great advantages of the house is the spectacular fjord view, which can be enjoyed from both the living room, the bedrooms and the terrace. From the house you have direct access to nature and you can take a walk along the fjord or enjoy the sunset on your private terrace. The area is ideal for hiking, biking or just relaxing and enjoying the quiet atmosphere. Location The house is located in a scenic area, just a walk from Landal Feriecenter, where there are sports hall, tennis courts, mini golf, playground and water park. Although surrounded by nature, there is still easy access to supermarkets and restaurants in the nearby towns of Ranum and Løgstør. Info about the home - There are 6 parking spaces at the house. - In each room there are 2 beds that measure 90x200cm. - Water is included in the rent, but electricity is settled after the end of the stay - the price is DKK 3.50 per kWh. - There is a wood-burning stove (masonry stove) in the kitchen/living room. - Dining table seats up to 14 people. - pets are welcome - the price is DKK 200 per stay (due to extra cleaning). - There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. - There is access to several different Danish and foreign TV channels and streaming apps. - There is a bluetooth speaker in the kitchen.
