Welcome to our cozy and spacious lodging, where tranquility meets comfort. Nestled in a woodsy area, this charming space offers an open layout with large windows for maximum natural light. It features stylish furnishings, a beautifully designed living space, comfy king bed + 3 lofted twin beds (close to the ceiling, best for kids). Within walking distance of Soaring Eagle park trails. An impeccably crafted space! Note: Lodging is next door to owner's personal home. The space This lodging space includes a comfy king bed on the main floor + 3 twin beds in a lofted space above. The main living space is complete with large couches, a wall mounted frame television and a wood burning fireplace. Further, there is a desk, built-in bookshelves, beautiful stone countertop with sink and a coffee bar. The bathroom is a luxurious space with large shower, dual sinks and sitting chair. The lodging space itself sits directly across from our main home with a separate entrance and outdoor seating area. Guest access Guests also have access to the garage for workout equipment and a mini fridge. Note: The mini fridge is in the garage located just below the guest space (not in the guest space itself). Other things to note There is access to Soaring Eagle hiking trails just across the driveway for hours of outdoor beauty. Text for instructions on trail entrance. There is no washer/dryer or dishwasher in the space. There is a toaster oven and a microwave for heating up food as well as a mini fridge with freezer to keep food cold.
