A wooden house in the center

One of the oldest buildings in Pueblo de la Cruz, with all the amenities, refurbished kitchen, terrace, large garden, garage for two cars. Conveniently located in the center of town, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, ATMs and gas stations. And just 7 km from the nearest beach, it is the ideal place to stay to get to know all the beaches in the area. The space The house has 3 bedrooms; 3 double beds and one single. The kitchen is remodeled and equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has a thermo shower. The master bedroom on the first floor has a portable air conditioner, the other bedrooms on the second floor have fans. On the terrace there is a BBQ grill and in the courtyard there are fruit trees and hammocks. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note Being located in the center of town, there may be excessive noise at night on weekends, due to the businesses and shops near the house. There's plenty of room, so we like to welcome travelers with pets. We are also open to negotiating the price for long stays.
