To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules: Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found. No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
