Tanah Lot: Contemporary Balinese Paradise

This is a spectacular luxury contemporary house inspired by Bali with incredible Balinese art and touches. House is recently renovated and has lovely views of the ocean. Located in desirable Manantiales and close to the beach. Covered parking, guarded by monitored security and camera, automatic gate, lockbox, jacuzzi, Fiber internet wifi, capacity for 11 (review bedrooms). The house is fully equipped with bed linens, towels and many other amenities. The space Bright, modern luxury 400 m2 (more than 4000 sq ft) house with lots of windows and patios overlooking the ocean. Beautiful garden and a large swimming pool, plus jacuzzi with its own Champagne fridge. Lots of open spaces to catch some sun. This is a luxury vacation experience unlike any other. Tanah Lot was designed and built for their own use by Italian designers. The couple had recently visited Bali and were enamored with the Balinese experience. So they built it into the house and named the house Tanah Lot, after a fantastic temple in Bali built into a rock. You see the influence from Bali in the use of pebbles inside and outside the house and painted bamboos and other touches. Julie and I love Bali and visited it three times recently in order to bring seventeen pieces of art from there to Tanah Lot, so that we could further their inspiration! Open-concept upstairs with modern kitchen, living, dining and north/south patios, north with barbecue outside kitchen, south with ocean view outside living. Half bathroom upstairs Sleeps upto 11 people, but we have had 12. Ensuite master bedroom with queen bed on ground floor with adjacent patio, jacuzzi, wall champagne fridge, lock box (safe) and walk in closet. Second queen bedroom, also with lots of closet space. Third bedroom comes with 3 twin beds and a large closet. Shared bathroom between bedroom 2 & 3. Fourth bedroom with bunk beds and ensuite bathroom, is accessed by separate entrance and is best for children. All bedrooms have split AC. Sofa bed can sleep two more. We can provide additional beds upon request. Everything for daily living is supplied and we try to address all the details you would like to see in a beautiful home. Many of the details are not mentioned but you are welcome to ask. If we can, we work hard to accommodate your special requests... though we may have to charge for some of them! Larger dogs are not allowed inside the house. You are responsible for all pet related damages or cleaning. No smoking in the house. Bedrooms are on the ground floor, and there are stairs in the house. The pool does not have a child lock but we have fenced off the pool from the entry to help you manage the children in the pool area. Please note that while we always try to accomodate our guests special requests, the guests are responsible for full payment for all of these requests. We will not be able to accomodate any requests that require permanant modifications or damage to the property.
