It has three floors: First floor with entrance from a pedestrian street is an open space that has 2 single beds and a corner with a small table and 2 chairs to sit and enjoy the tranquility. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The second floor is also an open space that has the living room with 1 sofa and 2 armchairs, television and fireplace. Elsewhere there is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and coffee maker. The second bathroom with a shower is located on the second floor. Finally, on the third floor there is an open space with a double bed and a large closet and a separate room with 1 single bed. From this floor there is another exit to the street. The house has an unbeatable location with beautiful views of the lake and the mountains. The place is easily accessible by car and there is free parking a few meters from the front door. The house is a perfect starting point to enjoy the countless mountain routes in the area (just 4 km from the start of the famous RUTA DEL ALBA) or the wonderful Asturian cuisine (wide range of restaurants in the surroundings). Guest access There are two great restaurants in the village. In the village that is 2 minutes away there is a shop where you can find all the basics for everyday life. 10 minutes away you will find a small city where there are all kinds of services.
