Located in Selorio, in the heart of the Villaviciosa Estuary Nature Reserve and 5 minutes from Rodiles surf and swimming beach. The village features two restaurants and a daily grocery shop. A peaceful retreat with a true Asturian soul—perfect for unwinding. The space The house has been lovingly restored by local craftsmen, preserving its original stone walls and oak floors and ceilings. Spread over two floors, it combines tradition with comfort: Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, toaster, Smeg fridge, washing machine, and Nespresso machine. Upper floor: - bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a comfortable armchair and a small table, ideal for remote work or reading - bathroom with Grohe rain shower The house also includes Wi-Fi, a Chromecast TV, and a Dyson hot+cool fan/heater. Although there is no private parking, there is plenty of space to park nearby. Ideal for 2 people, in a peaceful and authentic rural setting. Other things to note The house has been restored while preserving its original stone and wooden features. We kindly ask you to treat it with the same care and affection with which we have prepared it for you. We welcome 1 dog (upon request and for an extra fee). This is a smoke-free space, and due to its beautiful wooden ceilings and floors, smoking and the use of candles are not permitted. Casa Veri is designed exclusively as a peaceful retreat, so parties and events are not allowed.
