It is located in Selorio, right in the heart of the Villaviciosa Estuary Nature Reserve, just 5 minutes by car from Rodiles beach. The village has two highly recommended restaurants and a grocery store that’s always open… with everything you might need and more! A peaceful hideaway with Asturian soul — perfect for unwinding. The space The house has been lovingly restored by local craftsmen, preserving its original stone walls and oak floors and ceilings. Spread over two floors, it combines tradition with comfort: Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, toaster, Smeg fridge, washing machine, and Nespresso machine. Upper floor: - bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a comfortable armchair and a small table, ideal for remote work or reading - bathroom with Grohe rain shower The house also includes Wi-Fi, a Chromecast TV, and a Dyson hot+cool fan/heater. Although there is no private parking, there is plenty of space to park nearby. Ideal for 2 people, in a peaceful and authentic rural setting. Other things to note A maximum of 1 dog is allowed on request and with a supplement. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. Please do not use candles as the house is largely made of wood.
