In order to avoid large gatherings of people, we would like to inform you that only one of you will come to the reception to check in, check out or for information. Your fellow travelers are welcome to sit down in the lobby by the fireplace during the waiting time. Keep in mind that we are not a hotel and therefore cannot offer hotel services. The initial supply of bed linen, towels for the apartment and a few hygiene items (soap, toilet paper) are available for you upon arrival. Everything else is self-catering as usual in holiday apartments. If you want to rent clothes racks, iron, sauna towels, bathrobes, large pots or the like, feel free to contact the reception. In order to make your check-in as smooth and easy as possible, we need a few more data from you to prepare the registration certificate for your stay and to create the spa cards. We would therefore like to ask you to send us the names, dates of birth and the associated, complete addresses of all arriving persons in advance by email in advance before arrival. Please also let us know your approximate time of arrival. We would be happy if you could pay your booked apartment with EC card, master or visacard if possible. Your cabin will be available to you no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you want to arrive with your car, there are paid car parking spaces (outdoor parking space for €10 l underground parking for €15 per night) available in a limited number. Please book this in advance and let us know the respective license plate number. From 12 pm to 5 pm we offer small things on the terrace (in good weather) or in Cafe Edelweiss. Our Mariandl restaurant is open for you from Tuesday to Saturday from 5.30 pm to 9 pm. (Sunday and Monday are days off). For a table reservation, we ask you to make a timely reservation at the reception. You will be placed in the restaurant by our crew. If you prefer to spend your evening in our cozy chalets, then enjoy a fine cheese fondue together with your loved ones. The preparation box (baguette and farmer's bread, Classic fondue mixture, spices, cherry water) for two people can be ordered until 3 p.m. at the reception for EUR 35 and pick it up from 5.30 pm. In our "MOUNTAIN STATION" you can let your evening gaze wander over the sea from Tuesday to Saturday from 5 pm. From 12 noon you will receive drinks downstairs in the lobby, feel free to take them upstairs or use our trust box in the Skybar for soft drinks (available on Sunday and Monday until 7:30 pm). Exceptional ambiance above the wave mountains, plus a drink that was shaken just for you. In the entrance "Jochspitz" at 5,000 meters of altitude. In addition, we can offer you a small but fine breakfast buffet (adults €18.50 / children 3-12 years €9.50). Daily from 8 am to 11 am you can enjoy it in the restaurant. We ask for advance registration at the reception until 6 pm the day before. If all tables are reserved, unfortunately we can no longer accept breakfast reservations on site. We have our pool area open from 9 am to 8 pm and our saunas from 12 pm to 8 pm. Please note that children under the age of 14 will only have access to our sauna area until 6 pm. After that, the sauna area belongs to the big one. We can also recommend our beautiful Wohlfühlalm, the MariandlSPA, already today. Just take a look there at our homepage and choose one of the great offers in a relaxed way. Dates in the MariandlSPA can then easily be booked by phone, mail or directly on site at the reception. We do not offer a bread roll service. However, from Monday to Saturday (except holidays), the bakery branch in the EDEKA is ready for you.
