Welcome to our cozy apartment in Sinzheim, in the picturesque district of Rastatt near Baden-Baden! We look forward to welcoming you as our guests. Our 45 square meter and bright apartment is ideal for families with children and offers a quiet and relaxing environment. For the little ones, there is even a crib and high chair available, so that even the youngest members of your family feel comfortable with us. The space Sleeping & living: Our apartment has a comfortable double bed (1.8 x 2.0 m) including high-quality mattresses and bed linens. There is also a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.0 m) available. A children's side bed is always available in the accommodation. Cooking and eating: The fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove and fridge invites you to cook. You can enjoy the home-cooked dishes at the dining table, which seats up to 4 people + a highchair. Bathroom: The daylight bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, shower and shelves for storage. Fresh towels will be provided upon arrival. For longer stays, these are regularly exchanged after consultation. The private terrace is directly adjacent to the garden and offers you the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and nature. For all barbecue lovers, a gas grill is available to experience outdoor barbecues together. An electronic door lock on the front door is available for you to check in independently and flexibly, even in the evening. The internal basement staircase, which is separate from the main house, leads to the granny apartment. You can come and go undisturbed via this separate entrance.
