This charming renovated 105 m² house welcomes you for a pleasant stay with family or friends, in its large living room or in the wooded garden on sunny days. Here, we slow down, we breathe... and we simply enjoy the moment. The space The gite can accommodate up to 6 guests + 1 baby and offers beautiful, welcoming living spaces. There you will find: 🛏️ 3 spacious bedrooms (all equipped with fans) with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom upstairs. 🛋️ a large living space with a dining room and cozy living room for moments of sharing The bonus: the house is an old stone and rammed earth (clay) barn, which keeps the ground floor cool! 🍳 a fully equipped and modern kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker + Senseo, kettle, toaster, etc.) 🌞 a direct opening to the garden and the terrace, facing southeast: ideal for a moment of relaxation or for your alfresco dining. 👶 Baby essentials (baby bed with mattress, high chair and booster seat, potty, safety gate, etc.), as well as a washing machine, are also available for your use free of charge. 👧 Children will find games and toys and can play outside with peace of mind since the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. 🐶🐱 Pets are welcome. Charging stations for electric cars are available a 10-minute drive away (Saint Clément les Places). The nearest train stations are in Feurs and L'Arbresle. The house is located: A 5-minute walk from the heart of the village with bakery/pastry shop, grocery store, bar/restaurant, pharmacy, hairdresser... at the exit of the village, there is a cheese shop (farm store). A children's playground with deer and a city stadium. During the summer, you can also explore the medieval park and the giant labyrinth, as well as enjoy a great snack at “La Gargote.” • 5/10 min drive: Domaine des Halles and Manoir de Tourville, popular venues for weddings.
