The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, fully renovated house with a swimming pool for rent in the commune of Tourgéville. With a surface area of 130 m², it can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of approximately 4,800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels at an additional cost, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair, fireplace, dining room - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - An office - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and wardrobes with hangers - Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobes with hangers - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobes with hangers - Bedroom 4: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobes with hangers An outbuilding is also available on request. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to weather conditions. - The barbecue in the accommodation is in working order and charcoal is provided. - A person responsible for maintaining the pool and garden visits regularly.
