PET POLICY ✔ One small to medium dog allowed (no vicious breeds). ✔ "4 on the floor" rule—pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. ✔ Guests must clean up after their pets outdoors. ✔ Additional pets require prior approval from the Property Manager. ADDITIONAL FEES ✔ Pet Fee (non-refundable): $50 ✔ Pack N Play: $40 per item ✔ High Chair: $40 per item HOME RULES ✔ Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 9 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. ✔ Laundry Service: A bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure; please leave it where placed. ✔ No Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings: This property is for peaceful retreats. ✔ Security Cameras: Two street-facing cameras are installed for your safety—one above the side gate and another near the home entrance. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
