We are just 15 minutes in either direction to the closest grocery stores. There is a gas station and coffee/ice cream shop around the corner for your last minute needs. With enough advanced notice, we will be happy to set the house and hot tub to your desired temp upon arrival. Just let us know what time you expect to be there! Guest access You will have access to the entire house and property. There are two locked sheds that you will not have access to. Other things to note The hot tub is serviced on Wednesdays. The grounds may be kept, gardening, etc, on Sundays. We have someone that will shovel snow in the winter, in the rare instance that it does snow. Trash day is Thursday (except during holiday weeks). We have someone who will take the trash cans to the curb Wednesday afternoon/evening and then back in Thursday.
