Guest access Access and Security Information The building has a 24-hour virtual concierge to ensure security and access control. After confirming your reservation through the platform, you will be sent a link to submit your personal documents and the information required for registration with the condominium. Access to the building is primarily via facial recognition. During check-in, you will be asked to take a selfie to register with the system. If facial recognition is not possible, you will need to contact the virtual concierge to confirm your identity. ⚠️ Only properly registered guests will be authorized to enter the building and access the apartment. Visitors are not permitted without prior notification and authorization. The apartment door has a digital lock. The registration link will provide you with the access code generated for your stay. Upon check-in, you will also be provided with an access tag, which can be used to quickly and easily open the door. At check-out, please leave the tag inside the apartment.
