BUILDING and ELEVATOR ACCESS: Entrance/Elevator keypad will be the last four digits of your phone number, followed by # and is needed after-hours. Each door has a keypad for after-hours entry. CONDO ACCESS: Your door code will be the last four digits of your phone number, followed by checkmark. Palm the keypad until it illuminates followed by your door code and then checkmark. Other things to note FREE WEEKEND UNDERGROUND PARKING FRIDAY 5:00pm to SUNDAY 11:30am! 175 LEX has three weekday parking options: 1) Main Street Parking - Parking is free on Main Street on weekends, and free weekdays (M-F) between 7pm and 9am. 2) Chase Tower - Parking Garage 201 E. Main Street Lexington KY 40507 is across the street to the east and is $1 per 30 minutes with a max $10 per day. 3) Helix on Main - Public Parking Garage 156 E Main Street Lexington KY 40507 is directly across the street with a current rate of $12 per day (5am to 5am) or $24 if leaving after 5am.
