This unique place has 60’s and 70’s styles combined together with modern and minimalist touches. The flat has excellent transport links and is only a 30 minute walk from the City Centre and a 10 minute walk from Villa Borghese. Explore the neighbourhood “quartiere Coppedè” and enjoy the many “non touristic” restaurants in this area of Rome. Live your holidays like a real Roman! The space This two bedroom apartment is located on a quiet street surrounded by period buildings. It is furnished and finished to a very high standard of typical Italian design. The living area is bright and airy with two large windows framed with minimalist linen curtains, traditional wall ornaments, wall niches and typical red brick bow. The apartment offers high speed Wi-Fi and there is even a Smart TV, so you can relax on the sofa and enjoy spending time with your friends and family. You can make yourself at home! The dining area has a gorgeous original table and chairs from the 60’s and the 70’s style sofa gives a unique character to the whole room. There is minimalist style white kitchen with induction cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Also, there is a breakfast area with kettle and toaster where you can start your day enjoying a coffee made from a Nespresso machine. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a beautiful walk in closet where you will have plenty of space to store your clothes or your “Made in Italy” shopping! The second bedroom has a super comfortable queen size bed with a mixed modern and antique style that creates a unique combination. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. In both bedrooms there is an armchair, a desk and a suitcase holder to make your stay super comfortable and organised. In the living area there is a sofa bed that can be arranged as an additional single bed, if requested. There are two bathrooms (one ensuite), both finished with very stylish and modern Italian tiles. White fluffy towels and courtesy toiletries are provided! The flat has a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay and fresh linens are provided for each new visitor. Guest access I will be personally welcoming you upon your arrival at the apartment. Other things to note In order to offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following: - Check in between 16:00 and 21:00. - Additional fee for check-in after 9pm: from 21:00 to 23:00 - 30 euros. - Check in after 23:00 is not allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. If, for any reasons, you have a late check-in or an early check-out please make sure to do not disturb residents. - Please respect the house and other residents of the building. - One of its most remarkable features of the building is the original elevator, which incorporates components that are over 100 years old and preserved from the historic Liberty Building.
