Studio Wijtvliet - rural location in the greenery

Holiday home for 2 persons (when using sofa bed up to 4 people) located on the Wijtvliet on Noord-Beveland, between the North Sea, Oosterschelde and Veerse Meer. You will find plenty of space and tranquility, you can walk along fields, meadows and orchards. Cycling to layers of the Oosterschelde (with bird hides), the Veerse Meer or to the cleanest beach in the Netherlands: Banjaardstrand. Historic cities such as Goes, Middelburg and Zierikzee can be reached within half an hour by car. The space The house (± 55 m2) is equipped for use by 2 to 4 people. The (sleeping) sofa in the living room is for 2 people. The kitchen with induction hob, combi oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher has sufficient crockery and the like for 4 people. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor there is a sleeping area with a double bed. In addition, storage space for clothes. There is also a table here (nice for writing, drawing/painting, etc.). Private south-facing terrace (± 15 m2). Guest access There is a private parking space at the house. The holiday home can be reached by public transport with bus 31 from railway station Goes (Monday to Saturday; on Sunday line 132 and dial-up bus). The bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. Bicycles brought along can be stored next to the holiday home or in a lockable shed next to the landlord's house. There is a charging point for electric bicycles next to the kitchen door. Other things to note After booking, guests will receive a digital guide with practical information about staying in the holiday home and a guide with inspiring tips for discovering Noord-Beveland en Zeeland. During high season (July and August) bookings can only be made per week (Friday-Friday). All appliances are powered by electricity, including cooking, hot water and heating. We obtain as much electricity as possible from solar panels on our roof.
