Sole e Sabbia is an ideal vacation home for families but not only: direct access to the sea offers moments of absolute relaxation, and it is an excellent starting point for visiting the charming Rimini hinterland. The city center is only a few minutes away, accessible by car, bike or public transport. Sole e Sabbia is also ideally located to reach the Rimini Fair, where some of the major exhibitions take place. These include Sigep, Wellness and Ecomondo. The space Sole e Sabbia is a vacation home that was completely renovated and refurbished in 2024. It has quality and refined furnishings, designed to ensure maximum comfort for our guests. The apartment is on the first floor, consisting of two large double bedrooms, one of which has a single bed (and in both it is possible to add a cot), two bathrooms, one of which is in the bedroom, hallway, eat-in kitchen and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave and everything you need to prepare excellent meals, with the possibility of sipping a coffee on the balcony overlooking the freshly restyled promenade. The room is equipped with a TV and sofa bed. Both bedrooms are furnished with large wardrobes and desks. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with electric shutters. We also have a laundry room, which the guest can use upon request. The house is located on the seafront, in the heart of the town, and is close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. You can also park your cars for free in our parking lot inside the property. The icing on the cake is that guests can take advantage of an agreement with the beach resort, which is accessed directly from the garden of Sole e Sabbia. The Nanni family is ready to welcome you! Guest access During the summer, the ZTL is in effect on the waterfront, but guests will be provided with a free pass for the duration of their stay. You can also park for free inside our property.
