Residenz Palafitte captivates with its stunning location right on the lake. The residence’s comfortable apartments offer everything you need for a relaxing vacation. All apartments feature a balcony with a view of the lake. Use of the communal washing machine and the heating system is available for a fee. Bilo This approximately 48-square-meter two-room apartment with a wonderful lake view can accommodate up to 4 people (including at least one child under 18). It features a bedroom with a double bed. A sofa bed in the living area provides a second sleeping option. A table, chairs, and a TV are provided. The living area also includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and a hair dryer. The spacious balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for relaxing. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style. ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
