Drac 1 is located in a unique position on the first line of the sea on the fine white sandy beach in Cala Santanyí, a small and quiet bay surrounded by pine trees in the southeast of Majorca, about 50 km from the airport. The apartment has a balcony with views of the beach and the sea. On the balcony there is a small table with two chairs to enjoy breakfast with the sound of the sea. The apartment has has a balcony with a view of the beach and the sea. On the balcony there is a small table with two chairs to enjoy breakfast with the sound of the sea. It has 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and a living-dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and combination fridge. It is functional and equipped with satellite Tv, internet access and central heating. A cot and high chair are provided on request. Bed linen and towels are of course available. We have recently equipped the bedrooms of Drac 1 with air conditioning. Reservations made from 06/02/2024 have the use of air conditioning included in the price. All bookings made before this date have the option to use air conditioning at an additional cost. Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants and shops and a popular weekly market, is around 3.5 km away. The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately. A refundable deposit is required for this property. Air Conditioning (Included in your booking): The apartment features air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room, equipped with an energy-efficiency system: Living room: Operates via a motion sensor. If no movement is detected for 15 minutes, the temperature adjusts automatically. After another 15 minutes without movement, the unit turns off. Once movement is detected again, it resumes normal operation. Bedrooms: Operates in energy-saving mode during the day, while running without restrictions at night (from 21:00 to 08:00).
