La Ruche d'Or: Mazet with 3 bedrooms – swimming pool

Within our property, a hundred-year-old olive grove, we offer this 75 m² independent mazet (traditional Provencal farmhouse) located on its own 300 m² fenced-off private plot. If you are looking for calm and Provençal authenticity then you are in the right place! The space The mazet is built on two levels: On the ground floor: living room with fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine, boulloire, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine,...), independent toilet, master bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, shower room with wc. On the garden level: a room with a double bed (140cm), a room with two single beds or a double bed, a shower room. On this level, also a beautiful private terrace with outdoor lounge and table for 6 people. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, the living room is not. A parking space in front of the mazet completes the property. The accommodation is equipped with internet with Fiber. The swimming pool and the area around it are shared with us when we are on site. The pool measures 11 m x 3 m, is 1.5 m deep, and is not heated. We also have 2 adorable dogs (1 French bulldog and 1 Cane Corso Italiano) on the property, whom you may encounter around the pool. The mazet is quiet, the forest and walking trails are nearby. The beautiful village of Saint-Cezaire is only 5km away, you will find all the shops (bank, pharmacy, artisanal ice cream shop, restaurants, supermarket, local market on Saturdays, etc...)
