The space The very bright apartment is composed of an equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, stove, washing machine). A table and chairs will allow you to eat comfortably. The living room area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa, internet, TV, board games. Access to the balcony is through the bay window. You can eat on the balcony (about 6 m2) thanks to the table and chairs. A bathroom (shower) with single sink is in the apartment. Separate toilet. The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms distributed as follows: - The first with a 140 cm bed and storage - The second with a 160 cm bed and storage. The residence has a bicycle room in which you can store your bicycles under your responsibility. Parking is on the street. Pontaillac Beach sets up the Mickey Club during the summer (see the Town Hall for more information). The Pontaillac neighborhood is animated by shops, restaurants, cafes, the pharmacy, bakery. You won't need your vehicle, everything is within walking distance; lazing around relaxation.
