PH beach front great view to the center of the bay. 2 double beds in master bedroom and a tv studio with one built in full size sofa bed. outdoor kitchen on terrace with the best 270° view to the ocean, to town, to church, to the pier and all surrounding green hills Closest beach property to downtown, easy access, first building (yellow) you see on La Madera beach walking by the sea promenade walkway from downtown. 3 blocks. air condition mini split units, ceiling fans, bathroom with shower, hot water on demand, kitchen with sink & cooktop, blender, coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator, pots pans and dishes. daily maid service +on monthly or weekly rental rates, service is optional at 20 dls per requested day if you do at all. that includes change of towels, bed sheets and cleaning disposing of garbage. friendly down to earth neighborhood, wonderful beach and local palapas with cocktails and seafood on the beach one hundred meters from the hotel. Open air Market is just 4 blocks away and you may find colorful fresh vegetables for salads and good fish, catch of the day ussually on winter is sail fish or marlin, mahi mahi, and tuna at incredible prices. Playa La ropa is 1/2 a mile close and you may walk or take public transportation 2 blocks away where local buses run all day or taxis take up to four passengers for about 4 dlls a ride to close places and 10 dlls to rides over 5 kms some 3 miles. pretty nice atmosphere, non smoking indoors, quiet after 9pm, lovely green surroundings, a corner store conveniently open late hours, and a variety of restaurants from local family operated kitchens to high end french, international, italian, specialties, a flavour for everyone. this is a second floor PH, we welcome all and make no difference. Stairs to the apt are attic type, narrow, access by a spiral stair, we think it is not suitable for children under 8 nor disabled guests. If you are sensitive or have a problem sleeping please consider bringing earplugs since we are a beachfront property the ocean sounds and waves are right there, and the proximity to downtown being a vacation spot comes with bars and restaurants 3 blocks away, a few a open late hours. Guest access free wifi access. our town provider is rather slow, so please be patient and mind prepared. maid service twice per week, if extra required it is available at a 15 us dls charge per day on demand. we only ask you to keep a/c and fans running only when you are in the room. Other things to note two floors down to the beach from your apt, there is a shoreline path to take you into town 2 blocks 5 minute walk, or by the street behind you may cross the main street and shorcut for a one block walk, bus stops main areas and la ropa beach 2 blocks away, central bus station to small towns surrounding 8 blocks away.
