Come stay in our Spa/apartment. End each day with a soak in the hot tub over looking the Provo lights. Then to the Cedar sauna for a good sweat, and then finish in the enclosed steam shower. If you or someone in your party is a smoker, we respectfully ask you to book elsewhere.... Thanks. The price as shown is for up to 4 guests. We charge $10 extra per guest over 4. It sleeps 4 privately, but has a sofa sleeper in the hallway for the extra guests. In addition, We have a Pack & Play tucked away in the main bedroom closet. Our home is in the North East Corner of Provo. Parking is on the street in front of our home, and does have a climb up the driveway to the lower level, basement apartment. But once here, you’ll love it. If you do have mobility issues, please let us know in advance and we can arrange for you to park in the garage to unload and re-load at the conclusion of your stay. You are always welcome to back up the driveway and unload at the garage. But Parking is on the street in front of our house. Two large bedrooms away from kitchen/living room area allowing for some guests to go to bed and others to stay up. Two bedrooms are also away from each other allowing for quiet time in each without hearing the other. There is a hide a bed in the loveseat in the hallway, and we also have a ‘pack and play’ (Stored In hall closet In the apartment). Best part of this apartment is the Cedar Sauna and Large Shower, large bedrooms and separate living room/kitchen. Relax each day with the double head enclosed steam shower, (the steam is created by the hot water) after relaxing in the Large cedar sauna. The hot tub is out on our deck overlooking the valley; My wife and I and our two children also use the hot tub. You’ll be able to use it any time you'd like. If using it late into the night, do keep your voices down after 10:00 pm. We are on the side of a mountain and voices carry like crazy; We appreciate your understanding.... We have a massage table available upon request and also a masseuse that is available for in call massage appointments. She is fabulous. We've had a lot of massages in spas around the world and she is as good as there is. She is 5 minutes away from us. You can contact her directly at "Mobile Massage" ask for Paula @ 801- 687-0871 to schedule your appointments, for the time while you are here. She is aware we have the massage table and you can arrange an appointment directly with her. You'll have private access to come and go as you please; the garage codes are given so you can enter through Garage to Apartment. We do park our cars in the Garage, but we enter our home up through our front door, not through the door in the garage. There is only one door in the Garage and it is to the Airbnb apartment. This door has a push button deadbolt that you can lock at night thus giving you a 2nd lock to keep you safe. Though statistically speaking, we are in a pretty safe part of town. But the 2nd lock is there is you want it. We are available to help with any questions that come up. Other than that, you'll check in and out without ever really meeting us. We are happy to meet if you'd like, but most guests come and go without us ever meeting.... Nice Neighborhood, quiet part of town. Our property is just about a 'mile-high" in altitude. you will have to walk up our drive-way to and from your car, but it makes for a quiet, peaceful experience. Easy access to I-15 and major attractions in Provo/Orem. BYU and the MTC are just down the hill. We live really close to the mouth of Provo Canyon. This makes for some great hiking or scenic driving as well. Sundance and Park City Ski resorts are up Provo Canyon. Sundance parking lot is literally 7 miles from our home. We have wonderful restaurants and other shopping real close. We do live on a hill which means a climb of some steps or a walk up the drive-way to get to the apartment. The hill though does provide for a beautiful view of the valley. In the winter when it snows though, this can be challenging. In the Winter months, We keep the walks clear from snow as much as we can, and have salt available that can be thrown down to help melt any snow or ice; however, if you have physical challenges, this apartment might not be for you in the winter months....
